Exchange policy 

If you decide you need a change after receiving your order, you have 72 hours to request it. You must contact us by email. comunicacion@vk.uy and explain what you want to do. You must send us the product to be exchanged by courier, and you must make the payment.

Once we receive it, we will proceed to send you a new product; the shipping cost of the new product is also the responsibility of the customer. 

Conditions for return: 

• with intact labels
• original packaging undamaged
• with protective adhesives
• unwashed 
• without marks or alterations

Regarding personal data, always in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 18.331 on the Protection of Personal Data and Habeas Data and its regulatory decree No. 414/009, in this sense we will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent.
